Cristiana Oprea joins Women’s Worldwide Car of the Year (WWCOTY) Jury | 27 January 2026

Women’s Worldwide Car of the Year (WWCOTY), the only international automotive award judged exclusively by women automotive journalists, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cristiana Oprea as a new member of its jury.

With Oprea’s incorporation, WWCOTY reaches 85 judges from 55 countries, further strengthening its global and multicultural perspective on the automotive industry, particularly in Eastern Europe, a region undergoing rapid transformation in mobility and motorsport.

Cristiana Oprea is a rally driver, automotive journalist and editor, widely recognized for her ability to bridge elite motorsport experience with in-depth automotive storytelling. Based in Bucharest, Romania, she represents a new generation of professionals who combine competition, communication and advocacy within the automotive world.
